Pizza Hut

Horrible customer service. We had 3 adults, 3 children, and 1 infant with us. We had to wait 10 minutes for our WATER! And all refills of water. It took about 45 minutes to get 2 large pizzas. We had to get our own plates from the salad bar even though we didn't order salad. And we had to eventually go ask for refills. It was the worst pizza guy we have ever been to.

lose orders, do not offer to comp whatsoever, will not give info or complaint to managers when not on duty & give you a survey # to complain about the store that required all info from your ticket purchase, dirty store, unable to resolve problems........POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
