7 West Bistro Grille

I had a sweet sixteen birthday dinner for my daughter here recently and I must say the service was excellent from booking online to the day of the event )beginning to end). Our server was exceptional and very attentive. I will definitely have my next gathering at this restaurant.

I rarely write reviews, but I was just amazed by my great meal in “7West” Bistro last Thursday. I love fish and every time I see bronzino on the menu – I order it. The fish was fresh and great size too. The bronzino entree was well cooked, with nicely grilled skin, perfectly accompanied by capers, touch of lemon and olive oil. So simple and at the same time so delicious. Had rice pilaf as a side, which was great. After two glasses of their organic Sauvignon blanc I was in heaven. The service and ambiance were good. Highly recommended this place to all seafood lovers!

The place to be in Towson! Excellent Happy Hour with 1/2 priced apps and even better drink specials...$2 Shock top...$5 Martinis....

Food is good,the ambiance and service good too. Nice clean restaurant with friendly bartenders and servers. Easy option for parking - we used valet,it was $3.

I have been to the restaurant twice now and have had a FABULOUS time! The food was extremely tasty, the staff was great and the interior is absolutely gorgeous!!!! I look forward to frequenting this new place and highly recommend it to others!

Since the 7 West Bistro Grille is pretty new in Towson, I decided to give it a try. It occupies the building that formerly housed the Blue Grotto Restaurant/Grill. The new owners have done quite a good job with the interior. It has a casual, relaxed atmosphere, while at the same time offering the perfect setting for a large group gathering or an intimate meal for two. The prices are quite reasonable. For those on a limited budget, the happy hour menu offers half price appetizers. The menu offers mainly Greek fare, although one can order other dishes as well. Since this was my first time there, I chose to have something familiar. I ordered the cream of crab soup, and I was very pleased with the quality of my meal. The soup had a smooth, creamy texture, and there were plenty of morsels of crab meat. My server was quite attentive and saw that I had everything I needed to make my meal a good one. I discovered on a subsequent visit that they offer live entertainment, and the band did not disappoint. 7 West has not been open very long, but I think that they will do well here, if given a chance. I give it at least three stars.
