Nothing but great things to say about Midwest Carpet. Professionalism from start to finish. Finney, Marilyn, Amy, and Peggy are always great to work with. I have used their services multiple times over the years and have never had any negative issue. I have priced them against Home Depot and Nebraska Furniture Mart, and they were able to beat both! I always recommend them to friends and family.

We built our home 4 years ago. Our builder recommended this place. We had oak flooring, carpet and tile done. Marilyn and Finney the owners were helpful while we selected our new flooring. The oak flooring was finished so poorly they had to redo it. It still looks pretty bad in some areas.. Now 4 years later the carpet is loose and has large wrinkles in several areas through out our home. We called a well know place in Lawrence to come stretch the carpet. The man who came to give us an estimate told us to call the original installers. He had never seen such poor work in all of his years of doing this type of work. My husband called Finney twice who promised both times to have his guy come stretch the carpet, Here it is now 6 weeks later and still no word from anyone at midwest. My husband called yesterday to talk to Finney and the women who answered the phone said Finney would call back. Still no word from him. Trust me, GO ELSE WHERE! I don't know how these people stay in business.

Great company - easy to work with, responsive, great products. I would recommend them for any type of flooring.
