this is a sorry business. i do not recommend this place, they do not back up their work. i went in for a crown, wound up getting a so called upgrade tooth. i wanted a regular metal crown but nok,they insisted on the upgrade. stupid me. the tooth was never put in right. went back a couple of times to try to fix it and they did a sloppy job. a year later the tooth cracks and falls apart,but they refuse to fix it because i never went for a cleaning. i am a working man who doesn't have much money but they don't give a rat's behind. i went back the other day and they still refuse to fix it. i am walking around with a cracked and chipped tooth that is falling apart bit by bit. thank you promenade for the defective tooth. i hope i don't choke on a piece of defective tooth. take your business else where,i am. they don't deserve a rating,but the site says to pick one.

This place might be clean and nice looking but don't be fooled. Their staff do not know what they are doing. I went in for cleaning and they had to do some fillings. Since they did that I've been having so many issues with my teeth. My teeth hurt and the fillings feel rough and so unnatural. I went back to see if they could fix the issues and I was told everything was fine. They are clearly not fine and it's all caused by the work that they did. Save yourself the pain and money.

I had scheduled an appointment for a routine x-ray and cleaning as offered through my insurance after choosing this office due to being close to my home. I was scheduled on a day the only hygienist in the office wasn't scheduled to work. I was given x-rays and a consult for "deep cleaning" to be scheduled on another day for a completely unreasonable cost (only partially covered by insurance) $600+ out of pocket. I have no cavities or gum issues (verbally expressed by the dentist who gave this consult) and was informed by another dentist after explaining what had happened with this company, that a "deep cleaning" is not required. This seems to be an obvious scam to get additional money from the insurance companies as well as out of pocket from gullible clientele. Total failure for my return or referral business. I will be contacting the BBB and Dental Association Board for further investigation.
