Academy Bank

These people have no clue how to do there job! I closed my around 9 months ago an for some reason un December they started to send checks to my mortgage company an of course my mortgage company try to cash them an charges me $ 40 dollars each time an academy bank will not stop sending them out of a closed acount

Every time i shop online at Walmart grocery they freeze my account. They dont call you or text you that your account has been frozen. i called and they Walmart is a high risk! they told me every time i want to ship at Walmart grocery i have to call them to let them know i will be shopping Walmart. so i did call them and told them i would be shopping their and they still froze my account. twice i have gone to my favorite Italian restaurant and both times my card was denied,/ i was so embarrassed over this and now i cant order dinner from them unless i have cash. i will be pulling all my money out tomorrow!

They are inside the Walmart and operate an ATM inside. Avoid at all costs! I tried to use the ATM and withdraw 360 dollars and the machine malfunctioned but still deducted the money from my debit card. Went in and talked to assistant manager and they counted the machine and it was over. They forced me to go through a 30-40 day dispute process with my debit card even knowing they ripped me off. Horrible company with bad customer service. Use this at your own peril.
