Provided by DexKnowsI had a very bad string of events happen to me from the result of an addiction to prescription pain killers. I had three different serious felony cases against me and the prosecutor wanted me to do 5 years in prison. James worked hard to have me serve less than three months and got some of the other charges dismissed. He aggressively negotiated with the prosecutor for probation in my case and saved me from the slammer. He fought for my rights and argued my case. I was amazed. Several lawyers I spoke with before him scared me, and said I really had no chance of getting a good outcome because of how high my blood alcohol content was. Then they quoted me much higher amounts to do the case then he did! I still can't believe he got my case dismissed and was more affordable than any of the other attorneys. Thanks James. I'm keeping your card---and telling everyone I know. If they ever get in trouble like I did, You should be their first phone call.

I found a great attorney, James Novak, here in the Yellow Pages, after I got a DUI. Several Attorneys told me that there was a chance I would get the max sentence because I had a prior DUI.
