Tan USA

Its so sad 2 c that a once great tanning salon I started in 2000 has gone downhill. I guess I shouldn't have sold it...

I work in a tanning salon up north when I came to USF I found this place and went to look around. The staff had no idea what they were talking about since I had not tanned in a few months I only wanted to tan for 5 minutes they set the timer for 15 I thought I was going to be red as a lobster. I guess the good news bad news is their bulbs were so worn out I did not even get pink.



This place sucks and would never go back.

Just started school at USF and went here to tan and then wanted me to sign up for a monthly pay plan they said it was the cheapest and I could cancel anytime. I changed schools to be closer to my family so I called to cancel my payment they said it had to be in writing so I sent a letter and two months later they were still taking payments out of my account so I sent a letter certified and two months later the payments still where coming out of my account. I sent a copy of the certified letter to my bank and got my money bank then they started charging my account again. This has been a pain I final just closed my account and spent two weeks setting up the payments again plus NSF fees charged by other companies while trying to reset the payment from my account. This company should not be in business they treat their customer like crap.
