        Bad Bad Customer Service

        I came into your store, asking for help to place my wiper blades on my car. It was raining....very slightly. Once the manager found out that I bought the blades from Walmart, he sarcasticly commented in front of paying customers, that I should go back to Wal Mart and have them put the wiper blades on. Well, Walmart does not have a section that will do that for me, but that is besides the point, my husband has gone to this Pep Boys numerous times to buy products for our vehicles. Not anymore ! What kind of Manager, in front of other people, humiliate a customer like that? He is a bad example to his employees for sure. Bad call. Have a Nice Day... I hope other people read this, that behavior was uncalled for.
