Just met the new owners who helped out with a last minute order. I tried to tip them but they just asked I spread the word with friends and family because they just took over the shop. Quality for the price was amazing and they helped me in a bind! Please trust me when I say you won’t be disappointed if you give their shop a call!!

"Award winning"? has to be a joke. I wish I would have read other's posts before ordering from Paradise Flowers. I ordered the largest Zen Artistry orchid arrangement for my aunt's 70th birthday $90 with shipping. I'm in

MN so I shopped websites. The arrangement she received looked as though it was created by a 3rd grader. It was a mess, poorly crafted and the color scheme was offensive. I have a design degree, have worked in an award winning floral shop and know quality of design when i see it. I am aware arrangements change according to what they have on hand in the shop at the time, but the hodge podge of colors was an eye sore. What does green spray painted baby's breath (not represented in their image on their website) have to do with zen???? I would not pay their prices and use this shop again. Pay less money and have higher expectations at a different shop. You will be grateful you did. I wish I were able to post an image of the arrangement. I'm certain you would agree. What a sad experience. To top it off, my grandmother lived to be 102. It's possible they could have had repeat business from me for another 35 years.

Have to do it - DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST. Changed the delivery date of the flowers my 8 and 11 year old children ordered for their father's funeral from Friday, the day before, to the morning of without permission or notification. I had originally placed order through ProFlowers/TeleFlorda, so they are now claiming no responsibility despite the fact that they personally made a shady phone call to me the day before the funeral. Told the flower service more than once that they would still arrive. Flowers never came and no word from anyone until almost 4pm the day of the funeral. Thank God there was a local woman used by the church that pulled together a beautiful arrangement for the kids at about 8:00pm the night before.

Being out of state and wanting to send flowers for a funeral, I tried to order on line but the links weren't working. Should have been my first clue to run. I called & spoke to Jean. She was difficult to understand and had a hard time understanding me. I repeated the order, address, card number SEVERAL times. She upgraded me to the "medium" arrangement but wasn't able to tell me exactly how much that was going to cost with delivery... again, why did I not run? Ordered Saturday for Monday delivery as the memorial was being held on Monday. She said she needed a phone number since many of the communities are 'gated' and they need to have permission to enter to make a delivery. I didn't have the phone number off hand but called her back later in the day with it. On Monday I get the first of several calls... She didn't take down the phone number correctly, could I give it to her again... I call her back & confirm, she didn't take down the right number. I assume it's been delivered. On TUESDAY she calls again...They called the number but no one answered, is it OK to leave it at the door? ... I'm a little ticked that it hasn't been delivered yet but say, yes, it's OK. She calls back to say that she was told they are out of town, can I call her back. Later she calls to say that my card was rejected as a 'bad number' could I call back with a good cc number. At this point I call & ask if the flowers have been delivered yet. No... because she has to run the card first, then they will deliver them this afternoon. The number I gave her was a good card, no reason for it to be rejected. She's now talking over me insisting I give her a good card number ... or maybe she didn't write it down correctly... (which at this point, I'm actually grateful she was inept!) as I am telling her to just cancel the order. I wanted the flowers there on Monday, I've been patient, given her the info she's asked for, etc. - All the while she is talking over me. I finally just said Look, I want this order canceled. I wanted the flowers there on Monday. She just says "Fine" and hangs up on me. If they were the only florist in the area, I'd pay a stranger from CraigsList to pick a bunch of wildflowers from the side of the road & deliver them for me before I'd use/recommend this place again.

I was scammed.



On Sat July 6th, I ordered The flower arrangement” Here comes the sun” from your establishment Paradise Flowers in Tampa, Fl.” They were for a friend who’s beloved dog passed away in her arms on Sat morning. When the friend posted a photo of the flowers thanking me on Monday evening, I was taken aback because the arrangement looked nothing like the flowers I ordered. I can completely understand if it varied due to some flowers being out of season, but this is a little too far off. As I explained to you in the email when I purchased the arrangement, my family resides over seas due to being affiliated with the Armed Forces Europe /DOD/Government agencies and unfortunately this made it impossible to go into your facility and choose the arrangement out myself. I trusted that if I ordered online from your “award winning” establishment, that the arrangement I was choosing would be the product delivered. When you called me on Monday stating there was a glitch in the system and you needed the details for the greeting card, you said nothing in regards to being out of the flowers for this arrangement.



Due to being a former resident of the Tampa area, I know there are plenty of florists to choose from and I’m sure you would like to keep a reputable name for your company. I understand mistakes happen and I would like to believe this was an honest one. Please rectify this situation as soon as possible by either dropping off the correct flower arrangement to the individual I ordered them for or providing me with a full refund. I sent you an email this morning with the photos of what I ordered and what you sent out, i've included them on your Facebook page with my full contact details; please feel free to contact me. Regarding this situation.
