New House Title

New House rep contracted with me to provide document and remote closing services. Their performance issues created delays then they short paid me. Scheduled June 30th ,2014 3pm file # ****40554 split signing for 2 locations in 2 different counties. New House did not deliver the docs to me in time to print and make the first app't. They also held me up with replacement docs preventing the 1st reschedule from happening. They knew these locations required lengthy drive times and both signers were working so had limited availability. More importantly no one told me or the signers there was a TIME deadline they wanted the fax back by! The scheduler had me on the phone just before 6pm and knew I was finishing another job then meeting with her signerss. She never said a word about the deadline but sent an email to my office later cancelling. Which I got AFTER the job was completed and the fax ready to go. I have multiple emails and phone call records substantiating the time issues created by New House. I have emails stating they would pay me half now then give me the reschedule. They have failed to honor both promises. Even though I have provided several of the emails and details about these issues to Andrea she is more concerned with their failure to meet their sales goal. Even though they are the reasons the split signing did not happen as hoped for Andrea and Kellie prefer to dock my pay in disregard of our agreement and in spite of their performance and lack of communication failures.

Our realtor failed us in our home buying process. We called New House Title looking for help and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND. They were able to provide us answers and assistance that probably helped us to keep our loan from timing out. Phone calls are always returned, emails always responded to quickly. And customer service was so unexpected and welcome that it made this horrendous process seem not so bad. I would recommend this business to anyone!! I cannot thank them enough for their help in this process!

After my experience, and reading the reviews on here, I am convinced that anyone who gave more than 1 star works for New House Title!! First they tell us that they are waiting on the lender to approve the HUD, then we find out that they had never sent it and that the closer was still working on it! So we ended up closing 6 hours late, which caused me to miss work that evening! We were then told while waiting on keys, with a painting crew on standby, that they were waiting on the lender to send funds. I called my lender, she called with me on conference, and we find out that they had received funds yesterday. I don't want to say that the entire company is like this, but the people we have dealt with were all rude and apparently rather incompetent. They did not treat us with respect and were not helpful at all. My advice, if you have a choice of title companies, use someone else!

New House Title closed our condo in Sarasota and failed to have the previous owner pay off their utility bill. Needless to say, I got stuck with the bill and I approached New House with the issue they said they will take care of it and send me a check for the mistake. It has been a month, no check and they will not return phone calls. I highly recommend not doing business with this very unproffesional business.
