Ask for Christina! I am very happy with this place as long as I go to Christina. She does great work, and listens to your specific requests. I always make an appointment, and they do their best to accommodate. I agree with other reviewer that the manager is always walking away to answer the phone and deal with money, which is annoying. They always try to sell you a pedicure without even looking at your feet, but so does every other nail salon. I have been to every other nail salon in Westchase, and have best looking nails (and fewer broken nails) with this place. The gel is worth the extra money.

Decent manicure, I get CND Shellac and it lasts about two weeks. They do however; give you a hassle. They suggested I also get a pedi after looking at my toes and I had literally just done it a few hours before so I was offended. Second time I went in they would not change color without doing a complete mani which is not what I was told 3 weeks prior at my last appointment. Most of the employees do tend to talk to the others and get distracted but John seems to be the best out of the techs. He was nice and did a good job, barely talked to anyone else. Be forewarned, they turn the a/c completely off so if you get there when they first open it's stifling.

Not recommended at all. The lady that helped me walked away every 2 minutes to answer the phone and yell at her co-workers, so what was supposed to be a quik in-and-out pedi/manicure took an hour and a half. Very unprofessional work, the nailpolish that she applied peeled off the same night. That was practically the only thing she did by the way, besides trimming my nails. And let me sit and wait around.No scrubbing, or a mask or what-so-ever (I paid for a deluxe-treatment). Big dissapointment.
