THE HOSPITAL SHOULDNT GET ANY ...

THE HOSPITAL SHOULDNT GET ANY STARS FOR SERVICE. I JUST WANTED TO KNOW WHAT MY CULTURE TEST RESULTS WERE . I WENT IN PERSON TO SEE WHAT THEY SAID AN I COULDNT LOOK AT THE RESULTS WITHOUT BUYING THEM FOR A DOLLAR A PAGE. I WENT TO RECORDS, ADMIN., I FINALLY WENT TO ER,AN THE NURSE WAS NICE ENOUGH TO HELP ME . I COULDNT BELIEVE IT. THE HOSPITAL WANTED ME TO PAY TO LOOK AT MY RECORDS. I DIDNT WANT THEM, I JUST WANTED SOMEONE TO VERBALLY TELL ME WHAT THE RESULTS WERE AND THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME. WITHOUT MY CULTURE THEY WOULDNT HAVE A TEST. VERY UPSETTING

Overall
Awful Hospital, Will Never Go Back

I'd give this place 0 stars if I could.

1. I came out of surgery in pain.

2.The staff lost me. So they told my husband I was ready to go home from outpatient surgery but then they couldn't find me. 20 minutes later, once they figured out where they placed me, I was crying, by myself and in pain. It was such awful treatment for their 'recovery room.' I don't understand HOW they could lose a patient!

3.Before surgery, the nurse put the needle into my arm, missing my vein, and when I was crying out in pain that she was shooting drugs into my body and not my vein, she didn't listen for about 5 minutes, and finally had to get the anesthesiologist to put the needle in my hand. It was a nightmare experience all around.

Overall
It was an interesting experience, reinforced my reasons for being scared to go to a Florida hospital

I am from Cleveland ohio . I had to go to the er in tampa. My worst nightmare. I have heard bad things about Florida hospitals. I got dehydrated and had low potassium in my blood after 3 hrs of rollerblading in 90 degree heat. It was my fault for not hydrating but had symptoms of going into heat stroke. They wanted to send me home with a pain pill and told me I was having a panic attack. I forced them to give me a blood test . what I was telling them were common symptoms of a potassium deficiency. I would have went home and bad things could have happened. It was kinda scary
