Not a patient. Today I called to inform the office that they were sending a fax to my phone number which is not a fax. Thinking this might be a medical emergency, I took the time to investigate looking for the correct number among many Patels, stayed on hold for while, and then was rudely talked to by the staff. If the office staff is this rude to someone trying to help them, what might it be like to be a patient in need?
