I'm actually sitting at the outside bar watching the bartender 'Carmen' text message and Facebook on her phone. The gentleman next to me asked if his meal came with fries and she replied, 'I don't know'. When I gave her my order, she went to the computer,.. Walked back and then asked me 'where on the menu did u see the Mahi tacos?' Horrible experience, horrible service.

I took my family to Hogan's and was disappointed. The food was mediocre and the service was slow. Confused as to the target market- inside looks like it could be a lively restaurant, but outside has twenty-something's in swimsuits on the beach? Hmm... the restaurant is attached to a Best Western...
