Great customer service and the finance manager was very attentive. My wife and I needed to trade in both of our cars. They had the Titan that I wanted in great condition and a comfortable Rogue with low miles for my wife. Joe took both of my vehicles in on trade and found us great rate on the financing. I was greeted with courtesy and felt I was treated with respect until I begin to see a pattern perhaps it was because I was a single woman and being patronized... But I certainly felt as though I was being made a fool of by the time I left.... I went topurchase a vehicle I saw on Carmax.com I was quoted a price before initiating the purchasing process.... By the time I received the printed certificate of approval from the lending institution the price was increased three times I was told by the representative that it was out of his hands.... ... Had I agreed to the terms i would've paid just about what was quoted in the advertisement that brought me there plus they would've gotten my trade-in worth $8000 minimum retail.... I canceled the transaction and left very unhappy very disappointed and the lack of integrity represenred in their word and a professional handshake... I guess they don't hold the meaning they used to....

We bought 2 vehicles from this company. Our truck needed a new transmission within a year and our suv needed a new engine within two years. Their vehicles seem to be nice, in good condition and well maintained. Clearly that is not the case.

Our salesman was very attentive, has a wonderful personality and was very professional. He did a great job and we were able to find the car I was looking for.
