Baywater Apartments

Had a small electrical fire in my apt last night in the (for some reason) locked hot water heater closet. Tell me why the on call emergency maintenance man lives 45 minutes away? Nothing like sitting outside at 12 am for an hour to get help. Just another ball dropped. Rent elsewhere!

PLEASE READ! I am strongly recommending for anyone to not live here. My parenrs have been living there for 14 yrs, my mom has cancer and can you believe the manager is giving my parents 30 days to move of non renewal of their lease. She has been so disrespectful to my parents. You cant evet speak to the owners. The mngr will tell you they dont want to be bothered..She does not care about the tenants. The sad part is that they paid there rent on time for 14 yrs and now left with no where to go..Spoke to the manager and she said its her corporates decision and they dont need to give my parents a reason. Really??.She ia getting rid of all the elderly.which is not right! This place needs to be investigated...
