On May 27th, 2016 Rob Dobyns (All Superior Custom Painting) completed painting the outside of our home. After 27 years, it needed it, for sure. He and his son did a great job in every aspect. They filled in where caulking was needed and primed the surfaces first. The painting is perfect in every aspect: the garage doors, the gutters, the porch ceiling, the white trim and our beautiful front door. They cleaned up afterwards and did all this in the contracted time. We are more that pleased. Our home looks new again! They even left the left over paint for us.

Rob and his team came through in a pinch! The painters I originally hired to paint my moms house we were selling ended up not being able do the job and cancelled last minute. In a panic to keep my timeline I called All Superior Painting and Rob was able to meet, assess, quote and start within a day! Beyond that, he also finished painting the 5 bdrm, 3 bath house in just a few days working into the night with his crew to help me keep my timeline! His pricing is fair for the work he does. I am a resident of Davis, California, which is one hour from Yuba City. The price estimates for my area were not affordable; thus, I chose to reach out to painters in the surrounding area. Rob was at my home two hours from my initial phone with a very affordable price quote, which included stucco repair, wood rot repair, plus twice back rolling my entire exterior of my home. The results were fantastic! Additionally, he Anthony and Kyle were able to blend the kitchen, family room painting so the entire area is complete in t's paint transition from one room to another. It was no easy feat, as Rob and the boys were challenged to blend the new-old paint to make the area esthetically pleasing. I made the right choice to employ this team, as they have a work ethic, committed to their clients and clean up after themselves! Plus, they were willing to travel to my area. So many of my neighbors have told me how impressed they were with their work.

This is the third time we have called Rob and his team to paint for us. Rob, Anthony and Kyle have painted our 2,000 sq ft home--interior, exterior, kitchen and laundry cabinets as well as 2nd time to do railings and wrap around deck. They are prompt, do excellent prep work, pay attention to detail and painting is superior. No request is too small. Their quotes are reasonable. We recommend them and look forward to using them again.

We recently purchased a home in Yuba City, CA. New to the area, we had no firsthand knowledge of who we could call to have the interior of our home repainted. We paid a visit to our local Sherwin Williams paint store. We asked if they could recommend a local painter for us. They provided at least a dozen business cards for us to review, my wife and I narrowed that down to the top 3 I called All Superior Custom Painting and Robert Dobyns came to the house to give an estimate. Rob was courteous and professional, explained the work he would do, gave a very fair price. We asked if he could give us a few days and we’ll call him back by middle of next week with an answer whether it would be yes or no. These guys show up on time, work extremely hard, do great work, and are very professional. I will be re-hiring them for any painting I need in the future.

I hired Rob to finish a job I started. He and his crew, Antony and Reese showed up on time the day they started the work. They worked from the moment they got here and did a lot of the prep work that was needed, sanding and caulking. They are hard workers and go the job completed in a very quick and job manner. Very professional. There were some touches that needed to be done and Rob came back and took care of those as he said he would. I would hire him for another job.

My wife and I hired All superior custom painting to paint our 2100 square foot home pulse garage. I called a few local painters before I called Rob and his crew and was bewildered how the other painters would not show up or miss our appointment for an estimate but not Rob. One phone call and he came over that day to give us an estimate. He was very thorough and professional in telling us exactly what he needed to do to paint our home. Rob did exactly what he said he would do and use the best products available. Rob and Reece spent five days painting our home and worked from the time they showed up early morning till they left in late the late afternoon. We are soooo happy with the job they did I would not hesitate to call them to work on my house again. In fact I am having them pressure wash my tile roof in a couple of weeks. Great job guys keep up the good work.

Sloppy & Cheap! All Superior custom painting painted the interior walls, trim & kitchen cabinets of my home. The walls seem to have turned out good, but the color I chose was so close to the previous color, I don't think it mattered. The trim & cabinets are a different story. Their taping job was awful, and there was a ton of overspray. All over my stainless steel appliances, my high end kitchen faucet and my dark granite counters. Also on the tile flooring and the mirrors. The paint job itself too is awful. The cabinets were an almond color & I had them paint them white. There are places where the almond color is showing through. It looks as if they needed to prime them but didn't (cheaped out on us!) and then only put on one coat. The coverage is terrible! Many edges of the cabinets are completely missed. The trim still has brush strokes in it and the edges of many of the trim around the doors were not even painted. Rob told me the job would take 5-7days which I let him know he could have more time if necessary. We had not yet moved in and had flexibility and he knew it. He finished in 5 days. When he had finished the job, we walked through and found so much touch up that we thought he was not done yet. We made him come back the next day & fix it. After the touch up, we paid him. But after spending more time in the home, we began noticing so many other things like the cabinets & trim, the terrible coverage and completely missed spots. Rob promised me that he would come back and do free touch up again after our flooring was installed, and get anything else that we noticed. That's nice, except that his work is so sloppy that I don't want him to come back in my house. I just flipped a home where I did all the paint (including cabinets) myself. My job was sooooo much better and cleaner, and I'm an amateur!!! I'm gonna do the touch up and clean up myself and add a second coat to my cabinets myself. Good thing I'm handy like that, but if you want a clean paint job and nothing to deal with when it's over, go with someone else.

My wife and I hired All Superior Custom Painting to paint the exterior of our stucco home this month. We recently bought the house and the exterior was looking run-down. All Superior did a fantastic job restoring the exterior to make the home look like new. They thoroughly washed and prepped the house. The age of our home definitely put Rob’s skills to the test, but he knew just how to address each issue. His trained eye could spot fine details that needed attention prior to painting, so that the end result was stunning. Due to the weather, our windows were taped for several days, yet even the taping approached an art form, reminiscent of stained glass when viewed from the inside.

Rob and his crew were prompt, professional and accommodating. He communicated well and always asked permission before moving things or making any changes to what was previously discussed. They also cleaned-up the area at the end of each day. The job was completed on time and our home’s beauty has been restored!
