If i could give this a ZERO star i would! I had a problem with my refrigerator (i thought ) was not cooling right so they came and took it apart piece by piece and the service rep keep on going outside to make phone calls, every 10 min. I thought this was suspicious but i didnt say anything. He finally said it was the sensor (40 some dollar part) so off he went outside to get the part (again on his phone also). He came back and said the sensor was not available and went outside again (on the phone again) coming back and said "it is not the sensor but your circuit board...and that was over 400 00 dollars!! not including repairs ect...I said please put it all back and i could not afford over 500 dollars. I bought a frig thermometer and it runs good! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Great company. They were very smart. They do great work. Repaired my dryer the same day I called. Cost was pretty cheap. Definitely a 5 star business. I will use again.

Stay away from this company.. Horrible costumer service. Total disregard for customers time. Not courteous enough to make a phone call.
