        Dr. Warren Victor has been a practicing eye physician in the Valley of the Sun since 1984. As a Board Certified Ophthalmologist and Fellowship Trained Eyelid Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Victor is uniquely qualified to provide general eye care, as well as perform cosmetic and corrective eyelid procedures. Dr. Victor examines all patients himself. If you are being seen for eyelid surgery, he will be the only doctor to evaluate your specific condition, perform the surgery, and see you at your post-op appointment to remove any stitches and check your healing progress. Our dedicated professional staff provides the personalized service and expert care you deserve when visiting your eye doctor.

He also specialized in the diagnosis and treatment of eyelid conditions, both cosmetic and non-cosmetic. Eyelid conditions treated include droopy eyelids, excess eyelid skin, eyelid and facial skin cancers and lesions, inward and outward turning eyelashes and tear duct disorders.
