sales and sevice at this place is terrible

Do not purchase from this dealership. The sales people are great. They do exactly what they are paid to do. Sell you a car, but once you get your great new car home your problems begin. Try scheduling maintenance for your brand new car. The service department is incompetent to say the least. I got a quote for $900+ dollars for so called "needed maintanence service" but when I took it to my old mechanic all he had to do was push a button and my problem was solved. You get passed along through 800 people before you can get to what it is you need to have done, you wait, you wait, and you wait somemore. The so called service manager is never available and has not returned not one of my several phone calls. The dealership should only sell maintanenece packages to cars they can service within a reasonable amount of time (waiting three plus days for an oil change is ridiculous). Save yourself the hassle do not buy from Nissan passport.
