First of all, I have been a member off and on and a advocate for Women Only, now Body Women Only, since the 80's witht he original owners.



The new owners are thieves and promote practices with their members and books to force people to stay in membership against their will! It was a 5 months process to just quit from a NON contractual month to month agreement!!! Unvbelievable hot mess they are!



Wendy was "just doing her job" but at the cost of being incredibly unprofessional and using tactics that are only reminiscent of the bank/forecloasure scams! Seriously. Being unemployed for 3 months and they will shove down your throat that a gym membership is more important than gas in your car, food on your table or medicine in your cabinet! Ridiculous! DONT EVER let them talk you into putting yoru membership on "hold"! A BIG SCAM. They will take your money and then continue to take by not being "available" to remove a hold to a full cancellation! The gym has REALLY REALLY changed over the years, NOT very clean (OMG! DO they EVER clean the floors in the sauna, bathroom, pool areas??) and limited classed in the evening (the only reason I rejoined since I have a gym in my condo that is very good).

Twice I saw a woman (a trainer) that works there NOT shower between sweating in the dry sauna the jumping in the pool and joining me in the jacuzzi!! Yikes! And she was sick to boot! Unbelievable. I jumped out the jacuzzi never to return for that reason and the hot tub there is very SLIMY with mold in patches! Are you FOR REAL?



The Business Manager would not release me from my auto payment easily and the owner was a HUGE monster! He was like "So what! We take nothing from you! We keep your money! So What! Nothing you can do! Go get laywer! Get out of my business!" WOW! Really? When I brought papers to show your company continued to take payments out of my account long after I cancelled? He would not admit it was wrong or an error or ANYTHING! If only he knew I have a family of lawyers! I walked right into a branch at my bank and they charged back every charge! I also filed aomplaints with other reporting agencies about how they do their financial business which is clearly SHADY!



This USED to be a CLEAN women friendly boutique spa - now its crawling with slime and a painfully blatant misogynistic owner (youd be surprised right?) who operates his business like a mid eastern Mafia. GO AT YOUR OWN RISK. I wont be back thats for sure.
