When I was a youngster my family's traditions originated from my Grandpa's polish descent. Easter is still one of my favorite holidays. The store we used to buy the keilbasa at in Brockton has long since been closed. I found this store by accident. They have all the polish goodies that I needed for a traditional Easter breakfast. Also the best fresh or smoked keilbasa I have ever tasted. The smoked keilbasa is unbelievable on the grill in the summer!!!!
