Moved to the area from another State and Depoe's was close. I arrived early for my first appointment, and I had to wait 45 minutes. No one explained why, or appologized, the staff treated me as if they didn't care if I was there or not. (Don't think about asking a question!). Tried to call a couple of times to set up my next appointment and after waiting for an hour ~ no one answered the phone. TWICE. Went to their web site to send an email ~ and of course that didn't work. If you are looking for an eye center with Customer Service ~ go somewhere else! I have!

One Saturday I went in to Depoe looking for designer eye glasses. As I walk in I got no greeting. The secretary look at me and said nothing not even a good morning, or how can I help you. I was very disappointed that the customer service over there was very poor. There was only one sales associate and she was with a customer, she didn't even say I will be with you, or can I help you. After 10 minutes When no one addressed me I left with my three kids, to another eyeglass store. When you have a business customer service is key for a successful business. They lost my business, and any referrals I would of sent.
