The company contacted me as a followup to my request for quote. I was scheduled to have Jim to perform an assessment on a particular day and time. I rearranged my schedule so I'd be home when he arrived. I received a call 5 minutes before he was scheduled to arrive, saying he couldn't come. The rep asked me when I'd be available to reschedule. I told him the only day I had available was Saturday. He said he'd call me right back to reschedule. No one ever contacted me. What a complete waste of my time. Obviously the people at this company have no respect for a customer's time. I'll gladly give this project to someone who is reliable and follows through.

Getting our basement done could have been a real hassle, but these guys made it easy. I liked that they were able to do the contractor work, but also handle the carpet, window treatments and all the other finishing touches. I was referred to Home Design Elements by my Mom, who had a powder room remodel job done last year. It was a good referral - I'll definitely pay it forward. Great job.

They did a great job renovating our kitchen. We had them replace our counter tops and our cabinets, looks fantastic! The whole process was smooth and all of their team was very easy to work with. We are now proud to have people over because our kitchen looks so good!
