This is the second time I use services of the Xclusive Auto Leasing to lease my car and one thing I noticed is that they are consistent in providing outstanding services to their customers. Giving you proper advise in choosing your vehicle, not pushing you to get something you don’t want, making return of your old car without any delays or problems, and delivering your new car to the place of your choice in a mint condition as if you just picked it up from the dealer yourself. My second car was delivered to my work place this February and despite the weather conditions these days it was clean inside and out. Gave me a small tour of the car’s operation and service.

I was recommended Xclusive Auto Leasing by my brother who now is going to get his 3 car from this place. I recommended this place to my friends who also share my excitement about this place.

I heard good things about this company and decided to give them a call and was far from disappointed! I spoke with Carmelo Pappalardo and he worked with me until I got the car! I leased a 2014 Toyota Avalon XLE. Xclusive Auto Leasing inc. gave me such an amazing deal for a car of this caliber. If that wasn't enough, they went above and beyond, by dropping the car off on my doorstep. I spent 10 minutes signing the already prepared paperwork and that was it. It gets better, they took my current car back to the dealer for me. These guys just set the bar immensely high. Well done fellas!!!

Sal went above and beyond in helping me find a car that fit my needs and budget. It was the first time I was leasing a car and he walked me through all the details. Not once did I feel like he was hiding anything from me; rather, he was very easy to reach through phone, e-mail, and text. For example, I was concerned when the car didn't start (the steering wheel was locked) but Sal was more than happy to help me find a answer, even late at night. I also had issues getting documents to my insurance agent and Sal offered me the use of his fax machine. I was afraid that once I had signed the lease, the kindness I was getting would soon be replaced with curtness. Rather, I was pleasantly surprised that when I went over, it was apparent that the whole team knew who I was, not just Sal. I called Abe on a Tuesday afternoon for a quote after a bad experience at the dealership where I have leased previously. Not only did Abe give me a GREAT deal...
