Peg's Florist & Gift

My daughter received what appeared to be a flower arrangement from her father on her birthday 6/30/15. When I arrived home from work I noticed some flowers next to our front door in a vase. The flowers looked like something left over after all the good ones had been purchased. I took the flowers in and told my daughter she had something waiting for her. She texted get father asking if he had sent any flowers. After he confirmed that he did, she took a picture of what she had received and he proceeded to ask what happened to the rest off the items that went along with it. She was puzzled as was I because all I seen were the flowers. Apparently she was supposed to receive a teddy bear, a balloon, and a box of chocolate in addition to the flowers. When she advised her father that the flowers was all she received, he then called the florist and the got in touch with my daughter. The lady who called my daughter was not only mean, but she was extremely rude and VERY unprofessional! She began talking about calling the police to file a report since my daughter was claiming she hadn't received everything and began accusing my daughter of "hiding things" because my daughter told her calling the police wasn't necessary. Look, we have no reason to lie. If someone stole the teddy bear, balloon, and box of candy, why not take the entire arrangement? We've had plenty of items left next to our front door and have had no problems. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS FLORIST!!! They will tell you that they are delivering one thing, charge you, then deliver something totally different than what you paid for!!!! Peg's Florist and their staff are unprofessional and they don't value customer service! PLEASE RESEARCH OTHER FLORISTS BEFORE CHOOSING PEG's��������!!!

They act like it's a bother to help you when you come in.
