        Panera has the BEST breakfast sandwich call the Power Breakfast Sandwich. It's a half sandwich on this wonderful thick wholegrain bread, egg, ham and cheese. They press it like a Panini Sandwich. Go try one today they are only 320 calories and 21 grms of protein!
