Rapid Dry LLC

My basement flooded, which was pretty unfortunate for me. I initially called my plumber, he referred me to Grant at Rapid Dry. I was super thankful for his quick response. His staff was well trained and they were on the job very quickly after I called. He dealt directly with my insurance which was a big help. They had my basement taken care of promptly.

Truly made a sucky situation really easy to deal with.

I was having some issues in an old apartment building I was living in. Rapid Dry came over to give me some ideas about what could be done in my situation. While a more permanent situation wasn't possible, they where able to create a temporary fix until my lease had expired. Thanks!

Rapid dry exceeded my expectations. I had mold in my basement on the rafters, insulation, my belongings and more! They took care of everything for me! Being pregnant it was very important to me that I didn't have to do any of the work with my belongings as well and some other companies were wanting to charge me outrageous amounts or wouldn't even handle my belongings. Rapid dry took care of it all for a fair price! I was very pleased and would highly recommend!

Awful experience. The owner has lots of issues. He did a very poor job of restoring my house. He and his unskilled staff threw away most of my things that did not and, according to my adjuster, should never been thrown out. He threw out my appliances, personal things, toilets, sinks, 2 couch's and a lot of my furniture that could have been cleaned and saved. My adjuster was furious. He also turned in a bill of close to 40K and my adjuster reduced the bill to 16K because he wasn't going to be robbed again.
Over labor day, knowing I was upset, put gifts at my front door for myself and my dog, i guess out of fear that I would cause a problem for him. This company is unethical, unprofessional, and Grant just seems to deal in untruths. I would never refer him to ANYONE! Please go elsewhere.
