        Overall

        I set up the first appointment with this doctor and arrived to be told I was supposed to be there 30 minutes early to fill it new patient papers. I told them I was not informed of this and that I already took time off work and they cancelled my appointment anyways saying this was their policy. Not very impressed with this customer service. I also told them that I was informed that I would be mailed new patient papers and was not.I figured it was an oversight on their behalf, and when confirmed the day before regarding the papers and time of arrival. when I asked to speak with a supervisor of course they were not happy about that so I just decided I'm not going back and left. Good news is there are other reputable doctors to do business with!
