Whisper Oak Pet Resort

Brought in my corgi and my friend’s doggo while we went on vacation to the UK for a week. Came back and our dogs are as happy and healthy as can be! Smell fresh and clean—which is rare for my little Argy, he has chronic diarrhea— nails trimmed, coats shiny and clean. Will definitely come back if I need to!

Brought my dog, Gaius, to this kennel and was beyond impressed with the care that has gone into this place! Sparkling clean, brightly colored, warm and cozy. Very nice area for the dogs to play. The areas where the dogs sleep are sweet and adorable, and most importantly, spacious and comfortable. My dog didn’t want to leave! Would recommend Whisper Oaks infinitely!

Place is cozy and calm, layout is adorable, kennels are emaculately clean and spacious for all the dogs, every pet is so clearly cared for and treated with respect, staff are the kindest, would completely recommend.

We have taken our french bulldog puppy here multiple times, and they always treat her so well! You can tell that they really care about "Frankie", in fact she LOVES going there.

My mom left our dogs here for 10 days while we were on vacation. When we picked them up one of our dogs couldn't stand! She lost 10 pounds and was severely neglected. We immediately took her to the vet. She won't eat, drink, has sores On both her front elbows that are opened to the bone and infected. We are waiting on blood test to come back. She can't even wag her tail! When we left her she was fine, and had just seen by the vet and got a clean bill of health.Less than 24 hours upon picking her up vet said she was in complete kidney and liver failure and there was nothing more we could do for her!!! My heart is broken!!!Chloe is no longer with us because of thier lack of care and compassion! If I could rate a 0, I would! No one ever called to tell us she was doing bad and our vet was never contacted even though we left the number. Never take your animals here!

Had to take my dog to the vet for inadequate care while in this facility. Called to tell them and they couldn't care less. Kicking myself for putting my Cody through this. DO NOT GO HERE! They should be shut down for cruelty to animals!

The Customer service was extemely friendly. They took in my pets at the last minute with no complications. Prices are reasonable and my pets were well taken care of. I didn't have to worry whether or not my pets were being taken care of properly. Thank you Whisper Oaks and we definitly look forward to our next boarding experience when we need to go out of town again.
