- To find the perfect recipe, you first need the perfect ingredients. And that's what our founders Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz were for each other. In 1997, they joined forces, or better yet kitchens, to help make cakes to entertain their friends. The cakes they made were delicious, unlike anything anyone had tasted. As a result, their friends and family asked them to entertain more and more. They quickly realized this side project of theirs could be something more. There was a gap in the world for delicious cakes, readily available, that didn't compromise on their ingredients. Fresh eggs, real butter, and real cream cheese; nothing was too good to achieve perfection. And perfection are those decadent, slowly melting bites, we all know and love. Flash forward and the Nothing Bundt Cakes brand has grown nationwide. Built on Dena and Debbie's vision, each bakery still has the warmth and nostalgia of its home-kitchen roots, but they also take a modern approach for the world today. To find the perfect recipe, you first need the perfect ingredients. I am beyond disgusted by the service I have received at nothing bundt cakes Southlake. I have always been annoyed at how rude the staff are for many years but this location is so convenient and my work orders here nearly every week so I have put up with the little annoyances until today. Today I spoke to Judy (manager) and this was the most unpleasant experience of my entire life, it is clear the anger and rude employees stem from her poor management skills. I needed someone else to pick up my order and it was a huge ordeal not sure why. So I call, Not only does she immediately start yelling at me on the phone but when I ask her to calm down I just want to know what happened and I'm rather disappointed that I'm being treated so bad being that we spend so much money here, she decided to hang up on me just after using some select words. When I call back I spoke with someone else and could hear her mocking me in the background. Needless to say I will never look here again for services. I am not one to write reviews like this but this has to be known and publicized so it can stop. I hope Judy can find a way to be a happier person at least for the sake of her business. This service was unacceptable. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!

Excellent variety of flavors and sizes. I like all the flavors I've tried. I have a tree-nut allergy and it is difficult to find a good carrot cake without nuts. I am extremely happy to have found it here.

I purchased a 'Lots of Luv' cake for my sister's birthday. The decorations on the cake along with the matching balloons was definitely worth the extra cost. The white chocolate raspberry tasted so good...I can't wait until I have another special occasion to purchase a cake from here.

I ordered cakes from this bakery for my daughter's birthday. I inquired about the ingredients in the cakes to ensure I was ordering quality cakes and because I try to limit artificial ingredients in my family's diet. The store representative was very evasive and wouldn't tell me what was in the cakes. I specifically asked if it contained a certain ingredient and she stated, I can only tell you some of the ingredients and would not say yes or no to my question. She was acting as if I was attempting to steal their recipe. The funny part is that when I picked up the cakes, the ingredient list was printed on the bottom of the container. The cakes were delicious but the unexpected poor customer service by one individual was not welcoming me to be a repeat customer. All the other store employees were very courteous and professional.
She did not order our cakes as they do not have an ingredient label on them. We only have our ingredient label on the bundtlets. We will gladly tell what ingredients we use; hence it being on the label! We will not tell what amounts or name brands we use (some items have our name on them as we have had them made to our specifications). Also the person she asked might have no knowledge of what goes into our cakes.
