I have been using the Southfield Auto Repair and Towing for over 10 years. I appreciate their service and help for all these years.

After the tow truck driver convinced me their mechanic was great. I had my car towed there the mechanic was horrible, first he tried to charge me to look at my car after I was told it wouldn't be a charge because I use their towing. After much debate I told him I would not pay to have them look at my car after I was promised I wouldn't be charger, and he agreed to look at it at no cost to me. His attitude was horrible he told me he could fix my but got upset when I told him I had to call my husband to let him know the price. I caught him back within two minutes to give him the go-ahead to fix my car,after 30 minutes passed he called me back saying he couldn't fix my car because the supplier did not have the part. Their dispatcher then tried to charge me to tow my car back to my house (which is where I was towing it in the first place) only to find out in hindsight they charged AAA (my tow service) to tow it to my house in the first place. Finally he did not put my car back together correctly and broke my ignotion switch

These guys made me wait 3.5 hours for a tow. I live less than a mile away.



I called at 8:36 a.m. to request either a tire change or a tow, depending on how soon they could get there. I was told they'd be there "within the hour."



At 10:08 a.m. I called back to check on the status since it had been an hour and a half, and was told it would only be another 15 minutes, 20 "at the most."



At 11:31 a.m. I called again to check on the status and see if I should even still be waiting. The man on the phone told me they'd had a lot of calls, and my they turned two pages, skipping over me. He assured me they'd be there within half an hour.



At 12:05 a tow truck showed up. They knocked $4 off of my $54 bill. Really?!



I missed half a day of work and an important union meeting, but I saved $4. Um, no thanks.



DO NOT RELY ON THESE GUYS FOR A TOW!

There repair shop is so great , and towing so profesional and they are recommanded by AAA .
