        Overall

        I asked this guy if he could change a watch battery on a Montblanc watch, he told me yes. I took my watch to him next day and he ruined the watch. He must be blind. He tried to open the watch with a knife or screwdriver in a totally wrong place, he put his knife between part of the watch case and not the back cover. Now the watch case it slightly open where it should never be open. I showed him what he did and he told me it wasn't him and it was so tight he could not open it. Be ware, I will never take my stuff to him. not even a seiko. I showed him right in the store and he refused to admit he did the damage and then I called him and he still denied it.

        Could not open his watch so we sent him somewhere else. Called us after he left store and went somewhere to tell us we scratched the watch. I assume he didn't see that supposedly when he left our store. Told to use other Jewelers he said he doesn't use them because he has had issues with them. Basically can't make this person happy at any reputable jewelry stores in our area. We've been in business for over 35 years with one of the best reputations. Guess it's true you can't please everyone in life.

        Went to multiple stores looking for an engagement ring to take that next big step. Started in the city & did some research online but I had something in mind that I wanted, but everyone had those same lines & same pushy sales people. I stumbled upon Jewels by Alex online and gave them a call. Leon was very pleasant to speak with so I decided to take the drive. BOY AM I GLAD I DID. Leon worked with me on what was in my head for over 45 minutes. Never once did I feel pushed or needed to make a decision that very day. He even told me think about it and get back to us, he didn't even take my number so he could show me they are not like other stores that are going to call you constantly for a decision. I took a couple days and finally decided to go back. Leon greeted me and we began the diamond choosing. I never got that much education in school lol! In the end I chose them for a couple reasons. Price, Design & Customer service! 2 of my other friends have now gone there and say the same thing about these guys. Hands down the best!
