You can't beat that approval and you should consider them when looking for the type of services they offer.

My heat has been out numerous times since I have used them and they are NOT accomodating as well as rude. The receptionist has a horrible attitude and the man scheduled to come out for my appointment left me a nasty message on my voicemail that I saved. Horrible experience and I would never recommend people that treat you like trash.

We give Alpine Refrigeration Heating & Cooling a 5 Star rating. We have been clients of their's since 1996. They have done a fantastic job of keeping our central air conditioning unit running without any complaints or need for service calls in all that time. They gave me a lowest price out of 4 different contractors for the replacement and they were professional through the entire experience. They installed it quickly and there has not been any problems with the unit or the installation. All the work done was very professional and they cleaned up after themselves and the work area.

I called at 12:15pm and request service. I was expecting to be given an appointment for tomorrow but to my surprise I was told they would send a repairman out at 3:00pm today. Add another surprise... Brian was at my door at 1:30. He checked everything on the furnace and determined all we needed was a new pump and valves. Brian completed all the work in record time. He was courteous and professional. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants incredible service and pricing.

Technician arrived on time and very knowledgeable, explained everything in details before performing any work on the heater unit. highly recommended

My experience with Alpine was great. The sales rep was very knowledgable and gave me a great price. He explained to me the difference about all types of systems and the benefits of a variable/variable speed furnace (which I had no idea about!). The technicians arrived promptly and worked hard to get me up and running. This winter my house was warmer than it ever has been and my gas bill was lower. I can't wait to see how well it cools. Oh, and the office staff also helped me so much with the rebates!!
