        A trusted friend sent me a link to a Hayes Firm Webinar, which I found very useful. It was apparent during the webinar that Mr. Hayes genuinely loves what he does, is very thorough and has gone the extra mile, doing the work necessary to qualify for an elite group of lawyers who specialize in estate law. One of the most valuable pieces of information that I received from this talk was the importance of updating one’s Trust or Will while automatically sending these updates to loved ones for the sake of transparency. I typed out some questions during the webinar, which Mr. Hayes answered by email before the end of the day.
        When I had the chance to talk to him by phone he was as personable as he was on the webinar was not at all hard sell. He is clearly a people-person and his complimentary expert advice was very helpful.
