RK DOG & CAT GROOMING

The cut was all uneven. I notice after I took the dog home my family notice and beg me to take him back for a refund. I don't think they even cut his hair. Just his face and ruin his brevious haircut.

I have been going to RK grooming for years and i've always been satisfied with their work. Although they are under new management they still do a fantastic job.

I have three dogs and they love it there. Their prices are ranged depending on the condition of your dog, but i still find it cheaper than other grooming places. But it makes sense, their job is to groom your pet, the least we can do as owners is to help maintain their neat condition.

A place that use to be an asset to the community is now a failure when it comes to customer service and does not provide the love and care to your pets while they are being groomed. I took my small dog for a clean up and all that my dog received was an expensive bath. No trim around the face, nails and behind. Also when it came to give my information, I was speaking to the new owner only to be ignored mid-sentence because another customer came in. I was told to speak to the female child that was sitting in the front. She did not know what to do. I had to make sure she had the right information because she was not paying attention. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I have went to multiple places to bring my 2 dogs to and none of them were as good and as nice with pets until here. The prices are great. It's always clean and a friendly environment. I have Been going here for a year now and never had a problem, one groomer was replaced because they did not keep him for good reasons and it has been great. Would recommend anyone here. I would just always call in advance for N appointment.

I bring my dog here on a regular basis. He is always happy to visit. I'm happy with the groomers and their work. No complaints. The price is right. The atmosphere is friendly and I get good service.

Bring your pets here if you want the groomer to do what he or she wants, not what you want. I brought my dog here for a groom, instead they shaved her down, "because she was so matted". She was not so matted, it was just easier for these lazy people to shave her down than brush her out.



Also, don't believe the price they quote you, at the end it will always be something else. I tried, stupid me, I brought my dog here so many times I finally learned my lesson, with my hard earned cash.
