Alpine Meadows

I live in the apt building. It's crazy they have hired new managers who are trying to change rules and no one is one the same page. They are nit picking with good tenants who have been there for years. I know it's a matter of time before they start to pick with us. I pulled in and the managers and another helper and sitting on a patio with another tenant getting drunk. They have people over dosing in the apts all the time. One building always smells of marijuana. They are too busy letting go of good tenants but yet let the ones who are doing drugs stay. It's such a shame. They don't come in and do repairs but expect you to pay your rent on time. It's such a joke.

this is the worst apartment i have ever had the pleasure of living in. these people are slumlords. they will never fix anything, the mangers will literally tell you to "fix it yourself" i am currently facing a lawsuit for not paying rent which is a LIE!!! i have never missed a payment, even send my rent in two weeks ahead of time. and somehow it is still late and the sad thing is i live only 6 blocks from the head office. they will fill out your lease wrong and blame you for it. they will try to scam you for extra fees all the time. and if you don't pay these unknown fees they will harrass you for weeks. (by the way that is called retaliation and that is ILLEGAL) TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS. the worst part about it is when, not if, they take you to court over bogus fees that aren't on the lease, they are buddy buddy, bestfriends, with the small claims judge in milwaukee so you have no chance of winning in court. YOU WILL NOT GET AN IMPARTIAL TRIAL. i went 2 months without heat in the dead of winter, it took them two years to provide a working air conditioner, on and on and on. i have been attacked by the managers German Shepard ( by the way they don't allow german shepards on the property, so they pick favorites, another scam) numerous times. because they expressly talk about you not being allowed to tie up your dog but the managers to this all the time and not only that but he ties his 80lbs dog to a 3lbs LAWN CHAIR!! like that will hold him.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT! they even break the law right in front of you as well they law stated that you had to have a carbon monoxide detector installed in you apartment by june 2010 they didn't install ours until september 2010 and i have the paperwork to prove it. i can't say it enough SLUM LORDS!!
