TJ Palmer was great. He was not pushy and let US make up our own mnds. He was patient with my questions and very good. Would go back and have told people to go there!

Bought a car from Jim and my boyfriend bought a car a few years age. Very honest and pleasant to deal with. Not pushy at all would rather get you in something you're happy with! Definitely would recommend to family and friends

I went to Carriage Traders to browse for a newer car because I knew they had a pretty big variety. Steve Stark welcomed me from the time I was in the lot browsing, until I left with my new car! The selection was great, I was able to choose from a few vehicles that interested me. Steve was awesome! Very pleasant to be around, wasn't pushy, and very professional. I went in thinking the worst, but he never let that get in the way of doing his best to get me into the car I wanted! I am very appreciative of Steve, and the whole team at Carriage Traders! I am amazed by the team dynamic there, and how well the entire staff work together to make their customers feel welcomed and at ease. They took care of everything for me.. Thank you Carriage Traders for all you have done! Though I am sad to see my old car go, I couldn't be happier with the one I chose! Thank you!

I was looking to upgrade my vehicle. Something safer to carry my grandchildren in. So I stopped into Carriage Traders to talk to Roger Campbell. He set me up with a 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe. He was a great salesman to work with and I'm very happy with my vehicle! If your in the market for a vehicle go see Roger at Carriage Traders...I'm sure he could help you too!

Everything started out well at Carriage Traders. Our salesman, Kyle, was helpful and Chris the sales manager was great. However, the business manager was a jerk. He made us feel like we were a huge inconvenience on his day and would not look us in the eye when talking to us. Our deal did not end up going through because the business manager said there was absolutely no way we could get financed for the car with another car loan already established. We called Carriage Traders later to ask them if we came in with the cash for the car what the price would be. The price went up significantly and the salesman informed us that they "move on pretty quickly." I am glad we did not get financed because we went to Nemer Dodge the next day and had NO PROBLEM getting financed for a great car! Almost a week later, Carriage Traders called to ask how our experience was. When told the experience was horrible and we would never return, the caller asked why? Partway through the explanation of why it was horrible, he hung up. We are sorry we wasted FIVE HOURS at Carriage Traders when we should have just gone somewhere else to begin with! Word of advice--don't go to Carriage Traders!!

this company charges more for the cars that they sell than you would pay from a new car dealer and the new car dealer can give you discounts they can not.... I AM a former customer of theirs and believe me they rip you off...if I could I would give them minus stars just remember check elsewhere for what you want BEFORE you shop them and if you shop them, go armed with prices so you don't get the rip off of your life I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN
