Central Ford

Took in my mustang on a scheduled service visit as well as a recall issue. Car was returned before the promise time close to 3 hrs. Good service by the service advisor, would not hesitate to return.

Alex sales is very knowledgeable and experience. Also his manager very respectable person and understanding my credit and purchase needs. Finance manager had me in and out about 15 minutes with a contract and my vehicle in hand.
Ps I am a repeat customer and the staff are highly recommended select employees at central ford.

Although the time frame it took to receive the part for my vehicle did not depend on the dealership, I would have preferred for it to arrive much sooner than what it did. But they really took care of me and handled the situation in a professional manner.
