American Taxi and Shuttle

I have used this company several times. The driver was very rude after ditching us.Told him to be there at 345. He showed up at 339 sat there long enough for me to look out the door and go in to grab my money (watch said 341). I called to asked for another ride, he tried to charge me an extra fee. I guess because it was a small fare he didnt feel the need to be professional or follow through.



Etc.... I was sitting next to ct when he sent for the cab and asked specifically for 345. No reason to lie on this guys business just being honest in my experience.

On vacation with my husband, and we searched online and found these guys. Best taxi service we've ever had. Friendly, clean and great rates. Next time we're in town we'll definitely use these guys. Thanks.

We loved this cab/taxi service! I called a day ahead of time to set up the appointment we had to go from Smyrna TN to a road off of Harding Road Nashville TN. They showed up two minutes early of the pick up time and got us there early to the appointment (was awesome!). The van was clean, and looked really taken care of. There were no obnoxious music playing or smoke smells either which was so nice. The driver was very polite and told us that if we needed a ride back to just give them a call. We had already set it up so that a friend of ours would pick us up, but the appointment didn't get done until after 7 p.m. and by that time he was already having to take his kid to their activities so he wasn't able to pick us up. I called this company back and they said that they would have someone out to us in 40 minutes. They arrived under the 40 minutes it was a new driver, it might of been the same van but if it wasn't it also looked clean and well taken care of too and there were no nasty smoke smells. The price was the same to and from, there were no hidden fees and just the over all experience was great. I am giving them a great review because this company gave us great service and they will be who we use in the future. I have read other reviews from other cab/taxi companies and I know that when I read a good one I auto think "someone from that company wrote that". I do not work for this cab company and I'm not affiliated with them in any way except from getting them to drive us to that appointment. This is my honest opinion on this company and I think they are great.
