Accents with Love

See Jamie S. review.... This guy's post is so similar to my experience at Accents with Love in Smyrna, TN. While I am sorry he had a poor experience, his post confirmed that "you do not want to use this florist". Tone starts at the top and the owner is unbelievably rude and in my opinion ... dishonest. Therefore, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Accents with Love... what an ironic name for this business.

First, I ordered two dozen long stemmed roses from their website. Then I receive a call to say that they simply cannot provide 2 dozen roses for the price advertised and I can only get 18. After a brief argument that was clearly not going my way, I simply asked the roses to be as beautiful as possible. When they arrived, there was about 90% greenery and 10% roses in the arrangement. My wife did receive 18 roses but they were completely wilted and falling apart 36 hours later. I would not recommend this florist to anyone.

When my mother passed away earlier this week, knowing how mom loved her shoes, I took several pair here and at first she looked at me like I was crazy but, after we chatted briefly, a light bulb turned on and her face lit up and I knew at that moment she "got it." She knocked it out of the park. They were beautiful. Tasteful, high style and stunning.

I FOUND this florist in the yellow pages and used them. I was pleasantly surprised when the person I sent flowers to, called and said how beautiful and big the flowers were! I didn't know what to expect, but found out that I was highly impressed with the job this florist did on my order. I would definitely recommend them and use them again! - satisfied customer
