Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I went to get a simple inspection. The guy said he would not pass the inspection because my passenger side wiper was not good. He said if I came back it would take a couple minutes to check the blade and pass it for under $1. I came back and the same guy came out there. Waited for 2 other inspections. He finally got to me 30 minutes later, he tried doing another inspection. I reminded him of what he told me, I had already been there longer than I expected. He said it was policy. Well he could have told me that before and I could have planned better, instead of telling me a couple of minutes. Then he took 2 phone calls on his cell after I already told him I was running late getting back from lunch. He ran after a co worker that was leaving for lunch and reminded him to get his smokes. All while he is supposed to be waiting on me. He had several personal conversation with the other employees as well. Finally when he checked me out the bill came to almost $7. Really!!!!!!

I always get fast service, very friendly workers, and they are not pushy with products I do not need. I highly recommend Valvoline.
