If there were a score lower than 1, I would give it to them. The level of professionalism used by employees within this company is absolutely shocking. As an external customer, I was literally screamed at and called almost every name you could think of over the phone by one of their employees. This was due to their frustration with a simple matter/misunderstanding and their lack of ability to conduct themselves professionally and as an adult in general. If this is how they conduct themselves at work with external customers, then how will they conduct themselves with their direct customers and people that are keeping their business running? There are plenty of other insurance agencies to choose from and I highly recommend not subjecting yourself to being treated like a dog by these people.
