Had a great experience with this dentist, my teeth were taken care of. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone who needs a good Dental option.

I am extremely happy to have found a dentist office with full service. I don't have to travel around for different dental work. I am not a big fan of the dentist, but this office and staff made me completely comfortable and I greatly appreciate their service. The receptionist was very welcoming and dis an excellent job explaining how to sign in on the tablet. Luis was also very patient and his bed side manners were outstanding. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family

Dr. Goorah is an excellent dentist. She really takes the time to explain the procedures and carries them out with a lot of care. Her staff is very professional and caring. Dr. McCall took care of my gum issues with a lot of patience. She explained very well the procedure and how to improve my gum and dental health. Christine the hygienist is truly an expert at what she does. She is very patient and takes the needed time to clean my teeth. I highly recommend Aspen Hill General and Cosmetic Dentistry.

I highly recommend Dr.Mclaughlin to anyone she is the best!!!! She take care of my whole family even my daughter since she was 2 years old. She Always listen to what u have to say and takes time to explain to u what u need to have done .she is nice and friendly always on time . If u need a good Dentist and a beautiful smile call Dr.m that's the best experience u will ever have . But make sure the receptionist make your appointment with Dr.M because sometimes they will make it will another dentist .

I opened my mouth after my procedure and was amazed! They look like natural teeth and I am so happy with the outcome! I thought I was a happy person before, now everyone knows it because I constantly smile!!!

Horrible experience. Assistant took too many x-rays, I waited more than 1 hours at the dentist chair. finally Dr came. and I left before she started working on me. I wasted some money there but I prefer peace of mind.

The staff and management are totally unprofessional. They don't value your time and they are expert at messing up with your insurance. If you are taking the appointment with them please check all the details yourself. Dont rely on them... Check what is covered as part of your insurance and what is not covered. Dont trust the staff, While giving the appointment they will not check the insurance properly. If you rely on them then be ready for the surprise on the day of your appointment.



They gave the treatment plan for my wife and provided an estimate of co-pay, but on the day of the appointment they came up with an additional co-pay amount stating that it was missed out in an estimate.... they also gave me the prematured appointment for my daughter... I took a day off at work and took my daughter for her scheduled 6 monthly check-up only to know that it was prematured and they had goofed up big time while giving me the appointment and did not take into account the previous visit...



Overall, highly disappointed with the service...

Dr. Goorah has been taking care of my family and me for over ten years now. She is very reliable and her work is excellent. I would recommend her to anyone in need of a dentist.

I always enjoy coming here because the dentists and the staff members are here to help you and provide excellent service and care. It is a professional office and the work Dr. Goorah performs is very top-notch and very well done.

Awful service. I never saw a dentist because the front desk could never seem to get my insurance figured out. After calling me to confirm two 7am appointments; they told me when I arrived that my insurance was as issue. The staff people at this office are incompetent. The doctors seriously need to get new managers and staff to handle the administrative duties; because of your staff you lost me as a patient. The staff never followed up on my insurance and waited until I arrived at 7am to tell me that I had an issue with the insurance which could have been resolved the day before. Awful admin service and rude front desk person in the early morning. Don't believe the good reviews here, I did and now have wasted two days going to this establishment. Also they kept asking me who I spoke to at the front desk; it does not matter as you entire staff seems to be problem.

I would highly recommend Dr. Goorah and her practice. The staff is very friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable here. This practice provides excellent service. Dr. Goorah will take good care of you and your teeth. I am more than satisfied with the work she has done.

This practice is excellent. General dentists and specialists all in one office. Dr. Goorah and her staff are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Goorah is very clear when she is explaining and procedure and she will answer any questions you might have and will make sure you feel comfortable in the office. I am definitely coming back for my next appointment

First off, don't be fooled by these reviews. Look at the clusters. 5 in January, 3 in February, 3 in March, 3 in April, 3 in May...Looks like stacking the odds to me. I never write reviews but feel I need to save people. Everything here is horrible and it all starts at the front desk. If you do go here, be prepared for long waits, suspicious billing, poor treatment. I have many examples but here's two:

1. They removed my son's braces and didn't fit him for a retainer. The retainer appointment was not scheduled until 1 month after removal. I called when his teeth started getting crooked and was told to come in the next morning. I arrived early and waited 1 hour and 15 minutes. At that point, a man pulled me back into the room and told me that my son couldn't be seen. I explained the situation and was told that nobody told me to come in. When I corrected him, he asked for the name of the person and blamed me for not getting the name when I couldn't provide it. He didn't care about my son's teeth or the fact I had taken a 1/2 day off work. He actually seemed to enjoy doing this. I was later accused of pulling my son's brackets off myself. Again, since I didn't have the name of the person who did this, it had to have been me. Why would I pull my son's brackets off after paying so much money for his braces?

2. Really, this is ongoing. Multiple billing issues. I paid off my son's braces and was then told I hadn't paid. I had to bring in all my receipts, along with insurance statements showing their payments. They corrected it but then came after me a month later. This has been ongoing. Every time I ask for a breakdown of my bill no explanation can be provided.



Seriously, beware! If I had my choice of this office or no dental care again, I would choose the latter--probably much safer and less degrading.

At this cosmetic dentistry they are nice and respectful and I loved that I was seen on time and didn’t keep me waiting long.
