        Just made an appointment and was handled extremely well. They estimated the time it would take, check to see if the part I may need is available and gave me a well explained estimate. I am already confident they will deliver. I will follow with the results of the appointment.

        Repairman was great but service scheduler rude

        We just had to have a pump replace on our washing machine and the repairman was great - very friendly. However, he didn't have the part in stock. I called Apex back to get a quote for parts and service on the pump and wanted some clarification on whether the quoted labor included the service call fee, or was in addition to the service call fee. I have never experienced a ruder telephone support experience. As soon as I asked what the quote included , she got exteremely rude, demeaning and loud. I will never use Apex again just because of her. But again,the repair guy was great.
