Such a wonderful experience here. Our server ( mark Poland ) was exceptional. Very uplifting and friendly. Food was excellent! Will refer others to go here.

Great service. Great margaritas. Great food. Almost didn't eat here due to the reviews but decided to anyway. So glad we did.

Terrible service! The waitress seated us in her section. So you would think we would get good service. No, I had to get up to get more drinks and I the server in the kitchen. She was waiting for our food to come out and we had only been there about 10 minutes. We were on the road and my sugar was getting low. I guess another waitress told her to get on her table. She came out tried to give good service, but slacked off about 10 minutes later. I told her we needed the bill and she kept us waiting. I have notice the service is terrible in the DFW area too. I will never go back to any El Chico!

the el chick employees are great and it is a really good place to eat i eat there all the time with my family and friends

Have been eating at the El Chico in Sherman/Denison for over 30 years and have never seen such awful service or had such awful service. Cheaply prepared Mexican food that's way way over priced and served up rudely and cold! Back to La Mesa I go!
