If you're a homeowner and anything like me, there's nothing much frustrating then dealing with a broken washer. Washing clothes by hand is simply not an option.Thankfully, I called the right folks. First off, I didn't have to schedule an appointment around them, they scheduled it around ME. I work full time and have a 20 minute commute, so I can't explain how incredibly helpful this was. The person I made the appointment with actually knew what they were talking about! They screened the problem through me (since I don't have a clue!) so that the technician that showed up had an idea where to start. Customer service like this is unheard of this day and age, but it's not going unnoticed by me, do yourselves a favor and call them NOW!

Our refrigerator went out twice in the past 6 months. We decided to go with a different company this go around, since our last repair men, although were cheaper didn't know exact answers to the questions I asked. I really wish my husband and I would of found this company sooner to save us the hassle and money from the previous "repair men". Our repair man showed up at the house 10 mins prior to the appointment and had the problem diagnosed before he was scheduled to be there. Within 30 mins he was all packed up to go. I couldn't be more happy with service I was provided. I will definitly think before running to the cheapest service place next time.

When we had a problem with our dryer not draining, they were the first repair company we called after getting a suggestion from a friend. After being shown to the basement where the washer was, he quickly got to work and had the problem fixed shortly. Quick courteous customer service, What else you need from a repair company? We will definitely use them again if we have another appliance issue.

When my dishwasher broke, I nearly lost my mind. The repair service was quick, efficient, and most of all affordable. The repairman arrived promptly, made me feel comfortable, didn't pull any salesman tactics on me, and best of all did a professional repair job that met my needs. I was very pleased with the repair.

I was devastated when my Decro oven suddenly would not work. I have a family of 5 and I depend on my oven functioning to prepare family meals. Thank God for the service I received through the company we hired to fix our oven. It was affordable, reliable and fast! The repairman was out the very next day, and I was lucky where no parts had to be ordered because they were in stock! I would definitely use them again!

My mom's refrigerator was having an issue and wasnt working correctly. This service did an excellent job. They did such a good job, we used them again for our top loader washing machine. It as diagnosed as having a faulty agitator and they were able to fix or replace it. Now it's working like new again, and the washer is better than ever. Highly recommend this service!

When my microwave broke down, I was freaking out because that's basically how I eat.. Luckily, the repair was extremely timely and even convenient to my schedule. I am a full time student and the repairman was able to work with me and came the next day during a specific time period that I would be home. The repair did not take long at all. The repairman took no breaks and worked diligently, and was extremely friendly and cordial upon arrival and exit. I was not uncomfortable at all, which is usually a concern anytime you let someone into your home. The microwave now works as it did when I first purchased it. It took tops 30 minutes, and the price was exactly what was estimated, no hidden costs. Overall I am extremely satisfied.

I recently had a man come to my house and repair my dishwasher. For whatever reason the dishwasher stopped draining and I couldn't figure out how to fix it on my own. I was impressed from the beginning by the technician. He ran a little late and he kept an open line of communication so we knew when to expect him. When he did show up he was very knowledgeable and professional. He quickly identified the root cause, explained to me what was going on, gave me an estimate, and after we agreed he quickly replaced the part. I didn't feel like he wasted any time at all and once he finished he quickly left to go to his next appointment. I like seeing the technicians in a hurry cause that tells me that they were hurrying to my house as well. I would give this technician a ten out of ten.

Me and my wife purchased a refrigerator from a large distributor many years ago. I wanted this certain model for the reliability.My wife wanted the refrigerator because of the pretty metal doors, ice maker, and led panel. Knowing how our children play with every button on everything we own I thought this was not a smart pick. However the durability in this fridge is astounding. However after a recent move to out of state the appliance was not working properly. The led panel on the front that displayed all the information about the device such as temperature and size of ice was bugging out on us. At times it would display and then others it would not, at times the buttons on the led panel would work and other times they would not. We decided that this issue would be worth fixing, and called this service.They did not disappoint. They came out in two days' time and fixed it right up!

I recently purchased a new range. Unfortunately, a couple months later it just stopped working =(.I was really bummbed out because I like to cook bacon in the morning, and my son hates the smell ( I don't get it either..) so to keep him happy, I had to stop having it Which actually did wonders for my waist line, but that's not the point!After a week or so without bacon, I decided to call for repair.Luckily this service was the first to pop up on my search and they came out that same day and fixed my range within an hour. In 1962 I got married and we bought the best stove made.At had at that time two ovens, which was unheard of. Until last spring, it was my stove and I loved it, but all of a sudden the top oven did not work.It was perfect for making rolls at the last minute. At this time there were no more of these stoves on the market. I thought that since I wouldn't see any of these for sale, that no one would be able to repair them. I had my Kenmore washing machine for a couple of years. I loaded the machine as I always did, but when it got to the spin cycle, I noticed that it wasn't spinning the water out. So I called e appliance and they said that they could have a repairman come out, that day. The repairman came out and began to test my washing machine and then he said he thought that he found the problem. Apparently there was a part in the machine that had gone out and he said that he would need to replace it. I thought that I was probably going to have to wait a few days, for the repairman to get another part and then come back. To my surprise the repairman told me that the part that had gone out was one that was quite common to go out, on washing machines and he said that he probably had it in his truck. He went out to his truck and sure enough he had the part that was needed. So he came back in to my home and began to take the bad part out and replace it with the new part. We bought a washer under a year ago and we love it. It detects your load size and knows how much water to use so you are not wasting anything. So futuristic! About 9 months after we purchased it a problem did occur. All of a sudden it stopped spinning. The washer would not spin the clothes or drain the water away, so we were stuck with ringing the clothes out by hand and then hanging them up to dry. The size of the load did not matter, it refused to spin and drain. Repair was inevitable.The process was easy we just called they sent someone out 3 days later. The repairman the company sent to look at the waster found the problem right away. He said that it happens when you fill it up too much and to be careful to not overfill it. My dishwasher broke at the most inopportune time, and right in the middle of a big family gathering I had water pouring out all over my kitchen floor. I was saved by these guys!! :DThe repairman came out within thirty minutes, and put my mind immediately at ease when he told me he was very familiar with my dishwasher. He had all his tools with him and after checking the water line he went to work taking apart the front housing of the unit. Then he checked some different components in the dishwasher and found out that I had a faulty seal alongside the water valve. Thankfully, he told me his truck was fully equipped with all the necessary repair parts, and he came back within five minutes with the right piece. He explained everything that was going on while he was taking care of the problem, and was very polite and respectful with my family crowding around the kitchen. Our dryer broke down and started making a terrible racket whenever we ran it a couple of days ago, and after hanging the clothes on the line to dry, we called and arranged for one of their repairmen to come over and have a look at it. Even though it was Friday, we were able to get an appointment for the next day with no problem and no grumbling. He came on time on the appointed day, and was polite and helpful. He quickly figured out what the problem was, and fixed it in under an hour. It turns out we had a broken belt, a common problem with my model, and he replaced it, but not before checking everything else and cleaning out some lint that had gotten caught between the drum and the filter. We've had repairmen come to our house and lecture us on everything we'd been doing wrong, but he was polite and respectful to us, even though he offered a lot of helpful advice. This refrigerator has survived multiple moves, two cross-country, and has weathered it all intact. I was determined to keep my refrigerator with me for as long as possible, so I contacted a refrigerator repairman and crossed my fingers that he could work his magic. I was not disappointed. My repairman arrived not only on time, but a bit early. This is unheard of in my experience with repair professionals. He was courteous and got straight to work. My refrigerator needs its filter repaired often. I have a two door fridge and freezer with water and ice dispenser. The water will come out extremely slowly, as slow as drop by drop if the filter is not repaired or replaced completely. I recently had a technician come in and repair the filter of my refrigerator. He was here in a timely manner was extremely friendly and got the job done. He was trustworthy, did not make a mess, did not break any additional items. The experience was cost efficient as well. I would recommend this company's services.

I purchased a washer and dryer set being that our old one recently went out on us. We brought our new washer and dryer on sale so we were already sort of skeptical and hoping it wouldn't give out on us like the last one.Unfortunately, after a few short months the dryer did.Had to call for service :( We were able to get service that SAME DAY! It was such a relief to know that they could come out that same day within a matter of 5 hours and fix our dryer. The worker was very professional and quick with solving our issue. They even gave us a courtesy call about a week later to make sure things were still going smoothly. We have not had a problem with our dryer since! Great company!
