Pizza Hut

I have probably had the worst restaurant expereinces in my whole life here. I love Pizza Hut's food, but sadly I will not order from here ever again. I will not give them yet another chance to deliver cold, over-priced and inaccurate food again. They are unapologetic for not being able to cook and deliver a pizza in under two hours, and that's if you can even get someone to answer the phone. After contacting their website about the worst pizza and service I have ever received, I received an envelope in the mail with coupons for free pizza. No letter, apology, money back, nothing. An envelope with two pizza coupons for a free $10 pizza. My average order usually tendered around $25-30. Needless to say, I wouldn't even order the free pizza they offered. I gave them numerous chances to fix their business, they refused. I refuse to order from there ever again. So sad for you Pizza Hut. We still order pizza in at least once a week for my family of 5. Domino's is sure taking care of my business!

I have eaten at this restaurant once, and I think if I want Pizza Hut that badly, I will make the drive to Frankfort! The service was horrid. The manager on duty was too busy texting on her cell phone to seat us, and by the time we finally got someone to take our order, it was nearly half an hour later. I had to locate the booster seats myself for my son and I finally found them located near the restrooms on the same shelf as the toilet brush! It would be different if the toilet brush had some type of container to keep it from touching anything near it directly, but it was just laying up there leaking toilet water all over the booster seats! UNACCEPTABLE! I don't want toilet water leaking all over something my son will be touching while he eats! Disgusting!! Our order ended up being wrong, and we never did receive our appetizer. Also, from where we were seated, I could see directly into the kitchen and the cooks were smoking while preparing food! They could drop ashes into my child's food and that is nasty. I don't believe in smoking in public myself, much less while handling food. I have made reports with the authorities, but meanwhile, I want to let the public know how disgusting this restaurant is. Do not eat here! And if you do, carry a box of Clorox wipes with you and keep an eye on the cook making your food!
