        I hope the right people gets this and take care of their one problem Your Manager there named Eric He very rude and unbecoming plus unprofessional. The way he talks to the people who works for him just isnt right and no one should be talked to the way he talks to people My order Which he got wrong two times also wanted a HOT coffee and he gave me a cold one which seemed old when I tried to get him to fit my order which i already paid for he told me it was my problem and to get out I will not be going back there until he learns some good customer service!!! Or until you get a better manager.Thanks

        I was very disappointed!!!!!!!...

        I was very disappointed!!!!!!!!!! THEY DO NOT DESERVE ANY STARS!!!!

        The young man who was my server was fabulous. His supervisor, on the other hand, was absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL. She complained to him in front of me because I used a large bill to pay for my order. When my server asked her to get change for him, she grabbed the bill off the counter, stomped off complaining, came back, and slammed the change down. While he was preparing my order she decided it was totally appropriate to share her opinion about this to another person while I stood right there. He was notably embarrassed by her behavior and tried to make the best of an awkward situation THIS particular franchise will no longer receive my business….nor that of my friends. I HAVE ALOT OF FRIENDS AND A BIG MOUTH.
