Provided by DexKnowsHave had several occasions to use the hospital through the ER. Always found them helpful and considerate. There is the issue of triage. But if you have an emergency you get right in. The doctors and staff are extremely competent and thoughtful.

Provided by DexKnowsWent to ER and people where downright rude. Only seemed interested in my insurance card rather than how I was doing.

Provided by DexKnowsI was seen at this hospital for seizures one time and severe abdominal pain the second time. After these visits, I ended up being sent to Stevens Hospital, where I recieved bottom of the barrel treatment, was ignored for hours while vomitting profusely and sent home with minimal treatment (shots to stop the vomitting that DID NOT WORK AT ALL!) and in the same EXACT condition as I was brought in. My 9 yr old son was with me and was TERRIFIED and very upset asking 'Why aren't they helping Mommy?' to his father the entire time. I have told my entire family that should I literally be DYING they are to take me to Northwest, where I would rather die in their parking lot than to be ever seen at Stevens Hospital again!######For top of the line care, expediant processes, games to entertain the children in the waiting room and tvs in each ER room, this hospital is the best hospital I've ever been to! I would recommend this hospital and it's caring staff to anyone with even the slightest of need
